HOW IT WORKS
An aluminium coating on our fabrics (facing the glazing) reflects solar energy, preventing it from entering the space and becoming excess heat and glare. The low emissivity of aluminium means that it does not absorb and then transfer the heat – similar to aluminium foil.
Specially designed ‘air traps’ in our fabrics act as a thermal barrier in front of your window to reduce heat transfer.

How long does it take?
To ensure the best results for all our customers, all of our products are made to measure.
Our normal lead time is 4 weeks.
We’re able to produce and install made to measure products in just 4 weeks (which is fast by industry standards) because all our blinds and curtains are Australian made – and we’re proud of it!
However lead times vary based on a number of factors including delivery times and installers schedules.

Do you offer a warranty?
Most of our products come with up to a seven (7) year limited nationwide back to base warranty, covering component failure and manufacturing issues.
